    jus got my new 1330 and need help

    hi i jus got the dell xps 1330 today and i think its missin the casing for the laptop, the headphones and the cd casing.. im not sure if they suppose to come with it or not. so i want to noe are u suppose to get them with ur dell xps 1330?

    As far as i know, they do not come with them anymore.

    Yes, this is a 1530 thread...but #18 it should pertain to the 1330, also. As, they were both doing the accessories ;) :)

    Just received my 1330 Tues and I had no ear buds or any kind of case or sleeve. I have had numerous Dells and they always provide some sort of case or sleeve for the laptop. I went through the on-line customer service. I'll let you know how I make out.

    orders placed on April as it was a promotion at that time.

    Dell changes its promotions from time to time. The information detailed on your
    order indicates that you are not eligible for the promotion you requested
    because this offer was not available at the time you placed your order.

    If your order confirmation states that you will be receiving the above items
    then you can attach it to your response so that I can research on it.
