    is it better to overclock in bios or a program. please tell me

    Dell does not allow you to overclock in the BIOS. You will likely have to do is find your PLL and hopefully SetFSB supports your system.

    you also asked this in that thread a little while ago,

    why do you want to overclock? What are you hoping to overclock, the CPU or GFX Card? Am assuming it has some sort of NVIDIA 420/5 card in there, in which case you'll prob be able to use nvidia system tools to make adjustments directly from the nvidia control centre:
