    Quick question,

am replacing the standard dvd r/w drive which came with the l702x with a sony optiarc blu ray drive... is it just a case of the normal "undo screw that holds drive in place and swap out" procedure? The user manual for the l701x says something about removing a memory module :-S

    cheers :D

No memory module removal needed, lol. Just open up the access panel in the bottom, and on the left near the primary hard drive there is a single screw you remove and the whole drive will slide out easily.
