    l702x hard drive removal difficult?

    I'm trying to replace my hard drive in bay 1 with a SSD, but I can't seem to actually get the caddy out... has anyone else done this who can chime in? I unscrewed the 4 screws and slid the drive back and out of the SATA connector, but it slides back into the case, where it is prevented from lifting out of the system... I say...

    Any experienced advice appreciated -

    It can get hung up a little, but it really is pretty simple to get out. Far easier than other systems I've worked on. Like my sis's Inspiron 15 which you have to take 90% apart to remove the drive...
