If I look at my m1330 led display straight on and dont move my head the display seems fine.
But as soon as i move my head/eyes, or the screen moves, I see these tiny diagonal lines for like a second and then they go away when the screen isnt moving or im not moving.
Does this mean my screen is grainy? Anyone have this (above) and know what it is ? Anyway to fix / reduce?
thanks

well, when the screen is grainy you can see on a white surface ( like this webpage) tiny spots, meaning its like if the screen had a texture of some kind, i think what you have is a normal screen designed for LED illumination.

hmm, What do you mean "think what you have is a normal screen designed for LED illumination"
So you think my led screen is fine?
If I'm not moving the screen at all and I just look at the white surfaces it looks fine.
The problem is it mostly shows up on blue backgrounds (NOT white) . If i am looking at a blue background and I tap the back of the screen or move my head. I see all these tiny diagonal lines going from the top left to bottom right direction.
It only happens when either :
1. The screen is moving e.g I tap it, or move it up or down.
2. I move my head so instead of the screen moving im moving.
3. If I am playing a video and there is something moving I see it.
Any ideas? Do you think this isnt grain and its aother problem ?? -
Any ideas? nyone know whatthe above is ? or experience it ?

Could it be a dithering effect?
-
Yeh it does seem to be a dithering effect I think.
Anything I can change / do settings wise? Or do I need a new screen?
thanks -
It's not dithering =/
Dithering software cannot detect when your head is moving and change accordingly. It is an inherent part of the display and is normal. I see it on the 2 Toshiba and 1 Samsung M1330 LED screens I've seen.
m1330 LED lcd - ..... Does this mean my screen is grainy ??
