I formatted and did a fresh install of windows 7 RC x64. All devices were discovered. I was having issues with the touchpad not responding after every other reboot so I installed the vista x64 driver from dell website. That resolved that issue.

Now I have been having constant blue screen 9f bccode crashes while the laptop is sleeping. When I open the lid I need to power on and it says windows shutdown unexpectedly.

What is the deal with windows 7 sleep mode? bios is set for S3. I have disabled the usb setting in power options, set hibernation for disabled, and many of the other suggestions I have seen.

I also installed the video driver from the dell website.

    HELP!

I upgraded my m1330 from vorking version of Vista. Then installed new NVidia Win7 driver from NVidia web-site. All worked fine without any glitch.
Try to look at reliability monitor. It should log on all system failures (both hardware and software).
If nothing there look at the system Event Viewer for failure events.
    Hope it'll help.

I don't have the nvidia card. I have the intel video on board.

Still having the issue with sleep mode.
