This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I know there aren't many benchmarks out for the penryn processors yet, so I figured I'd throw up a few that I just did...

    Tomorrow evening I can give a better quote, but right now I'm sitting on a 3hr estimate (just removed power) w/ 84% brightness on the Dell Recommended profile. That's on a 6 cell. I also have a 9 cell I can do estimates with. It's just not charged right now.

    xps m1530 T9300 w/ 8600m gt/ 4gb/ 128ssd/gives 36.178sec @ 32MB with 88 processes running and original windows from dell
