I'm just wondering if there is a way to adjust the brightness in smaller increments? I would prefer something in between the brightest setting and 2nd brightest. Are there any keyboard shortcuts for this, like maybe a keystroke + brightness buttons?

in custom power settings, there is an option to select screen brightness, maybe you could try that.

It is the nature of LEDs, minor increases in voltage drastically increase there luminance.

Yep, I was thinking the same too... there is an option where you can specify in percentage and so that should work for what you are looking for..

I tried and yes, u can fix at 80 or 85 or 93 or whatever...
