    yah so i ordered ma m1730 earlier 2day. after an hour i received an email saying my order has be acknowledged. so how long does it take to go into the confirmed stage? last time i order it was over the phone i i got the confirmation email right away? anyone have any experience with this?

    Ill be awaiting a response so please answer quick. :D

    Umm actually it does...it talks of the stages of when you place an order. :rolleyes:

    Right now you are probably in the order processing stage.

    I place an order for my I9 on 11/28...I received my order confirmation by email and it stayed in Pre-Production for 2 days.

    Have you checked online? Your online account with Dell? There should be information there.

    OR...you simply wait until you can get an actual *live* person on the phone, or when chat is available.

    Yes I checked my account online and it says no recent orders. Im not in any stage yet i got an email saying my orders been acknowledged and thats it. it says I will get a email some time later (dont say when) for a confirmation email. Im asking if anyone knows how long it takes.

    yep monday morning. if it was a outlet one it will be shipped monday or tues most likely if it is a buld prob 5-7 days unless there is a delay before it ships. they dont actually process ordered sat and sunday
