This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     well we all know that the speakers on the xps is horrible and well i did improve them a little. =-) its not really a fix and some people should know it.

    but anyways if u go to device manager uninstall ur sound drivers there is 2 if u didnt get any additional programs but after u uninstall ur drivers, restart and vista will find a new driver for ur sound and they sound much nicer at max volume u can hear crackling and now i cant.
