Are you still within your warranty? If not, when did your warranty expire?

Also, what temps are you showing? You can try to alleviate a bit of the problem by blasting out the vents/fan, etc, with compressed air : )

Did you have just the Standard 1 Year Warranty on your 1530? Or, also an Extended Warranty? You can check when your warranty expired, buy going to dell.com, going into your account, and plugging in your Service Tag, under Warranty Information > Warranty Status. It will give you a System Summary, Configuration, Warranty Start/Expiration, etc :)

Also, for example if your standard warranty ended on say 1/1/10 for your lappy', then the Nvidia Extended 1 Year warranty was extended for your 1530 from 1/1/10 thru 1/1/11. :) Here is the LINK on the Nvidia Warranty Extn.

You can DL HW Monitor to check out your temps, if you want. Is lightweight, and nice & easy to use.

They will replace the motherboard, heatsink and fan. If the problem still occurs, reply to them stating this.
