    need my m1330 replaced under warranty

    I have had my motherboard replaced and its bad again. The representative from india put in a request to have my computer replaced and it was denied. I know their job is to say no but my warranty express really soon and i know the board is going to go out again. I know there have been a lot of people who have had their m1330s replaced under warranty with a different model and i would like some advice how to get mine replaced since they are refusing to do so. Thanks

    Anyone had theirs replaced under warranty and want to tell me what they did to accomplish this

    Did they give you a reason as to why it was denied? If you're still under warranty and you haven't tampered with your machine, there's no reason they should refuse it.

    i have not tampered with it at all. They requested a replacement and said it was denied because my last motherboard replacement was april of last year. Is there a different number i need to call? What do i need to do my warranty is going to be up soon. Thanks
