    new XPS 1340 - left speaker bust?

    just got my new XPS 1340 - but the left speaker has an issue at medium and high volumes. The sound becomes extremely "tinny" and there's a kind of distorted rattling noise from the speaker.

    Is it a hardware problem or is there anything I can try? Thanks in advance.
