    hey,

I just got my new m1530 laptop, and it looks beautiful. one little thing though - I originally ordered the 320 gb 7200 rpm hard drive. the invoice says it's a seagate (Item Number 341-7083 320 GB 7200RPM Hard Drive with Free Fall Sensor, Seagate Casey, M1530). However, when I checked hardware properties, windows tells me it's a fujitsu mhz2320bj.

Is this a mistake? I can't find much info online about this hard drive - does anyone know if it's any good?

    thanks

According to Tom's hardware it performs well. In PC Mark it got the highest XP Startup speed of all drives.

Open up the bottom of the computer and see - not rocket science.

And no, they're not bad hard drives. Quite good in my experience.
