    Well to all of you who had doubts it's official, dell has retracted the white color off its xps m1330 notebook.

    You're freakign me out, Johnnyboy. But my order status hasn't changed though, so it couldn't be that they ran out of white ones (or that their order status thing is bogus), right???

    It's probably that they're revamping the website and since the people who ordered white were such a cool demographic, they thought they could start charging more for it, since pretty soon everyone is gonna want to be as cool as we are...

    well, thanks for the info at least. We'll see what happens!

    It doesnt sound like it's completely gone to me...Maybe they took it down temporarily to revamp the way they make white covers?

    The way I interpret it is that the White is going to be gone until they find a better process for producing them. He was pretty careful not to say or imply the colour was only temporarily discontinued.

    Yeah... collectors item indeed. I thought about ordering white, but since i havent seen it in person i wondered if it would look gay or atract scratches like heck, which seems like it will.
