I would suggest that you contact Dell and see what is going on. More likely than not something happened with the payment info.

Give them a call. Sometimes such companies may cancel orders when credit card information does not check out (ie: your supplied address doesn't match the address registered with the credit card company).

Call the number referenced in the Cancellation notification email you received. It's happened to me twice before. Both times my credit card was declined for unknown reasons, but went thru fine when I called and had them run it again.

not likely they can cancel my order for no good reason, when i placed my order the sale was still undering going and personlly i dont think its a test page or mistake, dell needs several days to find out they wrongly put out the test page??

I would just email or talk to sales the reason for cancellation. Wouldn't hurt to ask.

Note : (This Might be off topic!! )

Yes, Dell's web site isn't always accurate, as the matter of fact! When I was ordering my M1730 XPS their website posted that there was 9800MGTX in SLI for an $900.00 upgrade. When I did ordered a few days later, the 9800M GT was the only one listed! So, I called and got the run around, they even told me that the 9800M GTX SLI doesn't exist for XPS 1730? They said that only a desktop have it. Their tech or so called customer service really needs help! They even make me felt like I was dreaming of seeing it on their website. The so called tech even puts me on hold and said that he talks to an manager about it and they never seen one or know of one on their website. Well how did a friend of mines have one? Maybe someone can explain this?
