    hi!

i have recently noticed that my laptop is making "pip" noises, sometimes long and short ones.

I also had some problems with blue screens however I didnt get one for two weeks.

What can be the problem behind the pip noises?

I'm not really that familiar with the M1330, but what i would do is backup all vital data off the hard disk asap, as it sounds like it could be a hard disk failure. Especially if its a more "clicky clunk" sound.

If you put your ear to various points on the laptop you could find out whereabouts the noise is coming from. That might help.
