Has anyone else had trouble with Qualxserv meeting their time table?
I live in Western CT. I know the tech who serviced my computer a few weeks ago left. But they did send someone else last Tuesday who was supposed to replace the motherboard. Since it was defective, he was due back by Thursday or Friday.
On Friday I got an automated call telling me that due to high demand, the tech could not come until Monday. Today I got a call telling me he couldn't come until tomorrow.
Qualxserv leaves a call back number, but no one picks up.
This is definitely not next day service!

check ur invoice.... dont think it says next-business day service... its just that they usually offer NBD
besides, what ar eu going to do? u cant do anything, except maybe call dell and complain -
Obviously, there's not much I can do. I was just curious.

I am lucky to get next 3 or 4 day service!

Contact Support and have them contact Qualx to find out what is going on... Let Dell lean on them - trust me when I say they have a number where Qualx will answer...
