    I suggest using either Dell's beta M17x drivers (186.03) or the latest drivers directly from the Nvidia website (186.81).

    well I Installed the 186.81 from Nvidia's site...
    Now windows is asking me for drivers for: SM Bus Controller and Coprocessor. Where can I find these ?

    SOLVED
    I uninstalled the HD Audio Drivers that were installed with the nVidia driver and reinstalled the IDT driver from Dell's site. Everything is ok now...
