You can safely disable Dell support center the webcam process. Quickset is what gives you the onscreen indicators when you change your screen brightness or audio volume. Fingerprint process is what lets you use the fingerprint scanner, and Dell touchpad is what lets you have your touchpad settings active.

You can get rid of these:

    dell suport centre
    dell quickset
    dell touchpad

If you don't use your fingerprint reader or webcam, you can get rid of those too.

I don't run support centre, quickset or touchpad on my xps and everything runs fine.

    HEY

If I did want them or need them in the future, how do I stop them loading when my computer starts, surly I can open them manually myself if I do need them to run, all those programs running at once is a pain.

    Thanks
