hey every one, when i got my xps m1330 i formatted right away the laptop did my own partition deleted as well the media direct partition (cause I though I’ll never use it any way) installed XP PRO... I’m wondering, i have the media direct 3 reinstallation cd i got from dell. if I’ll want to reinstall media direct, through boot will i have to format drive c, and do everything from the start? i entered the cd through boot, on windows the cd doesn’t work. and it asks me to specify how many GB i want for my drive c?
so before I’ll reinstall it, will it format my drive c/windows?
    thanks
    Daphne.
