    Please suggest me good sound card for my DELL XPS M1530.

    I believe the only option your gonna have is to use the express card slot. There may be a USB solution as well. The only express card sound card I am aware of is the Sound Blaster Xi-Fi from Creative Labs.

    Is it compatible with XSP 1530 mobo?
    Can we insert it on our own or do we need to contact DELL?

    i use the X-Fi Express card with my 1530.
    Works fine.

    Thanks....Does it support 2.1 Speakers(I Altec Lansing have MX 5021 speakers)

    supports up to 5.1 if you buy the adapter from creative.
