    stable 8600m gt driver for m1530?

    hi...im playing dead space and fall out 3 maxxed out but getting fps drop from 60 to 15 with a lot of monsters on screen and stuttering...(on max and min msettings strangely)

    .is this a driver or gPU bottleneck issue?

    i have the 176.44 2 year old nvidia driver that came with the laptop....



    any help appreciated thanks

    8600M GT can handle Dead Space pretty well.
    I dont know about Fallout 3.

    176.44 is quite old driver. Playing Crysis Warhead also not very smooth with this driver.

    Try 186.82, currently the best driver for 8600M GT.

    Also clean your laptop fan and exhaust vent.

    Any updates on this? What are you using now for a good stable driver for gaming?
