I just got this laptop yesterday and to my amazement, tak manager has decided to screw up on me. Is this some sort of vista 64bit problem or something and is ther any way I can fix it other than using the recovery partition?

just double click on the white area (before the glass window) surrounding it or next to the end task button and it will go back to normal
