    Okay so i was out of town and my brother got a virus on my computer, latest norton was unable to find virus so i reinstalled OS. I cant figure out what im missing i went to dell got my latest drivers. I am missing something and cant find what driver I need. I have 4 devices coming up that are not recognized. They are listed below any help i would really appreciate.
