    studio xps 1340 screen replacement help!

    Hey, so I just got my screen part via a dell tech. He helped install almost everything, but left the wires on the bottom unattached. can anyone help tell me/post pictures, of their laptop bottom so I can see where the 5 wires for the screen go? please help! sitting here with my laptop disassembled :\

    First, may I ask...why did the Technician leave your laptop like that..is the first thing I am going to ask you?

    Was he there at your house Via OnSite Repair? Did he Repair your Screen?
    He left this mess? :confused:

    I'm asking because...I had a OnSite Technician at my house for Repair and he walked away leaving my Laptop *damaged*. :mad: (fixed now).

    If yes, on the above...the Technician is supposed to finish his repair *completely*. Not in the manner he left you. :(

    Please advise, I see that Niton was helpful in providing the information you need to help you reassemble..but that shouldn't have been your responsibility, to have to do that yourself??
