    studio xps 1647 uninstall turboboost driver to solve throttle?

    as per title, to be more detailed, should i uninstall the Turboboost driver to make it a normal cpu without throttling issues?

    you might want to just set the max "Processor Power Management" to 99%. I've read numerous places that this effectively turns off Turboboost (if your processor supports it).

    i dont even think there is a turbo boost driver. the only software ive seen is a turbo boost monitor.
