I have a XPS M1730 that has an uneven base the left front rubber foot does not touch the table not even close so when typing the system rocks spoke with Dell tech support she told me to remove the foot to see if there was anything wrong with it in the end they sent out a tech with a new base which meant he had to remove everything put it back together and guess what this one is the same, I tried it on a table, a desk and the floor that one foot does not touch does anyone have any suggestions other than Dell replacing the base again?

Ask for a replacement if you just bought it from Dell.

Look at question #17 in the Top 10 Questions about the M1530. Link is Sig.

It was a replacement for my XPS M1710 notebook, they are now going to change the video card, the mainboard and/or the screen because of the system not playing right when on battery but I think I will call them and just request a repacement.

Agreed, with all the changes needed go for a full replacement.

    Good luck.

I called Dell back but they won't replace it right now as they said that the parts have been ordered and I have to wait until they come, if I still have problems than they will replace the system, I am tired of dealing with Dell.
