    unknown devices after fresh install of vista

    I have 3 unknown devices that are a base system device but doesn't give me any other information, I have downloaded all the drivers off the dell website so how do I tell what I am missing? This is on a XPS M1730 notebook running vista ultimate.

    Usually it's your media card reader and/or your chipet driver.

    Thanks I will check the media card reader, I have already downloaded the chipset, do you know what the name would be I checked the dell website and couldn't find anything relating to the media card. Thanks again
