have you tried switching output? function F8 on keyboard.
-
yeah, nothing happens. my tv just says "no signal". i know the cable is good, but i just can't get it to work...
-
Sorry, figured you'd probably tried that...but it's always the best place to start. Can you trouble shoot the old fashioned way? ie do you have anything else that outputs with HDMI that the TV can read?
In Windows Mobility Center, does clicking on Connect Display do anything? -
yeah, i use a dvd player and an xbox 360, so i know everything works. in windows mobility, clicking on connect display does nothing. it never detects anything...

same problem here...any help with this?

you need to enable the hdmi output. This is how mine works.
plug in the hdmi cable with the tv turned on.
go to display properties in the control panel.
Click on monitor 2 and check the box that says extend the desktop onto this monitor and apply.
your tv should display the background of your computer.
"Drag" whatever you want to display onto your tv screen.
To enable the hdmi sound you need to change it under sounds in the control panel
using hdmi on a m1330 please help
