    vista and m1710 hints?

    has anyone installed vista on the m1710 and did they have any trouble? Any hints they could give me before I try to install? thnxs.

    You can get Partition Manager or download a copy of Ubuntu Linux and use either of them to create another partition on your hard drive. Then install Vista without a key and play around with it a bit. If you like it then you can purchase it and if you dont then delete that partition. This way if you screw up (which is very very hard to do though) you can always fall back on XP.
