    whats your xps 1530's max cpu temp while gaming?

    Mine is around 78 degrees but has gone up to 81 before. Just curious if mine is a normal finding.

    Also, post what type of cpu you have as well

    Hmm mine hits 55-59c on load. The fan does a half decent job of keeping things cool. I've just brought a Zalman 1000 notebook cooler to go with mine because it gets too hot on the underside of the laptop.

    Hope it will work better for you but since the Air intake is located above the airvents, the cooling is quite limited

    Yeah, I realised that last night so I cancelled mine as it was delayed stock anyway. Saved £27 :)

    Im not sure the exact temperature but im in the basement and its pretty cool

    70-80 when gaming, will the electronics really hold several years with this kinda temperatures? ....

    i just got 93 degrees running a playstation 2 emulator, is this normal ?

    T7250:
    Used to hit 76-80, but I built my own cooler specifically for the CPU (As I was worried about those temps) and now the temps for most games stay at around 70-71. Once I hit 75, and I think I might have hit 78 with the cooler as well.
