    on the m1730 is the windows ultimate choice 32 or 64 bit OS?

    does windows allow a free upgrade to 64 bit if you already have the ultimate?

    You have to call Dell, and ask for one.

    They shouldn't give you tough time getting one, but there's a thread in case they refuse your request.

    you can easily get a 64 bit dvd from dell, just ask. i have gotten 64 bit os for all my machines and personally never had any difficultly getting them.
