    xps 15 L502x doesn't shut down

    Hello,

    I have an issue with my xps laptop and have tried searching but could not find anything on the subject.

    I thought it was me at first but I have noticed that sometimes when I click on shut down and close the lid then the laptop doesn't shut down as I can hear the fan, as soon as I open the lid to check what's going on I see the "shutting down" screen and the laptop shuts down instantly. This happens sometimes and the laptop shuts down fine mostly. What could the problem be?

    Also sometimes when my laptop goes into sleep mode it shuts down after a while and when I turn it back on it says it was shutdown unexpectedly. What could be the problem?


    I hope someone can help me with these issues.
