    xps 15 factory restore problem

    hi, im trying to restore my laptop using dell datasafe local backup but everytime it restarts it comes up with an error message and i can only restart in windows again. pressing f8 in the boot up screen doesnt do anything but normally it should go to system restore

    ive tried reinstalling dell datasafe but it comes up with the same error on restart that windows could not start up, which doesnt make sense because i can boot up windows fine, i just cant restore. ive checked disk management and both recovery partition and os are fine so i dont know what to do now.

    ive restored before and afterwards the dell datasafe factory restore always managed to work. i dont know how else to do a factory restore now. and i dont have my windows cd so i cant reinstall windows.

    any suggestions?
