    xps 1530 fan running constantly

    I cannot find the reason why my laptop's fan is constantly working during skype video calls... When I browse the web or do some other basic stuff everything seems to be all right (the frequency of running fan is relatively low) even when I watch movies the fan runs occasionally ...(processor temp 49,50C)
    Whereas during video calls the fan noise is permanent (at the lowest noise level)which can be after some time quite annoying. (temp 50,54 C - I'm not sure whether it is high enough for the fan to run constantly?)

    Any ideas how to solve this issue?
