so i ordered one 2 weeks ago.

2 gig ram
15.4" wxga
128MB Geforce Go 8400M GS
I now just realized this gfx card isnt that great.. and for £40 extra I could have gotten a better 256mb version..
the laptop will be delivered to my home on monday 14th (2 days time).. is it too late to cancel / get a refund from this order? as im now changing my mind.
I dont think i really need a laptop anymore either as i have dropped out of university, so a desktop will do me fine.. im really confused on what to do.
any suggestions for replacements?

i think you can cancel if it hasn't shipped yet and you'll need to check that online. if it has shipped I think you have 21 days to return it.

yeah its been shipped out, arrives on monday. i checked the site / T+A for return policy and it says i have upto the 7th day of order confirmation to return or cancel it ??

Just call and see as soon as possible the 8600 is alot better and like you said doesn't cost much to upgrade to.

If you are in the UK you have 7 DAYS TO RETURN IT AFTER THE DAY OF RECIPET, under the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000.
