Replacing the plastic would require a whole new screen unless you can glue it back on.

New graphics requires a whole new mobo and I'm not even sure if the newer graphics mobos are compatible with the old chasis.

A new processor is pretty much wasted money. You won't be able to upgrade to something new like an i series processor, also chances are that you won't get much more than a 500mhz increase in speed, which will cost a hell of a lot.

sure if you can find a motherboard with a 4670 or a 5730. But mind you it will cost around 300 - 500$ if not more for a motherboard. Only thing i can suggest is extend your warranty and hope it breaks
