In firefox my two finger scroll won't work. It works on everything else, but not firefox. Even the one finger scrolling option doesn't work either. Does anyone know why it won't work?

Go to Firefox, Help, restart with addons disabled and continue in safe mode. Does it work then? If so you need to make a new profile, make sure you backup your bookmarks ( you should have setup sync )
