I'm having some problems with my battery, when using the laptop on battery for some time and doing heavy stuff for a while, when plugging in the ac adapter I see the battery indicator light on the laptop flashing white and orange. But what I wanted to ask is, on dell website it says you can chat with someone from Dell for support, does this include talking(using a mic) or is it just chatting(typing), I don;t know how this works. I want them to send me a new battery, I think mine is defective

Are you in warranty? Do you have onsite warranty?

The online deal is just text-only I believe. Doubtful they do Vent-like bits.
