    the copper mod is a band aid at best! I finally got my to run KOOL!

    Yeah, the copper mod is a band aid. It won't actually stop the GPU from dying, just prolong it some. Once the GPU is dead, you have to reflow it; you can't just copper mod it again. Even if you reflow it, it'll fail again unless you reball it, so really you should just buy a new laptop...
