    Hello,

I bought the m1330 about 2 weeks ago, and i got the CMO led screen. i got it replaced with another CMO. Same problems, i can see the horizontal lines. I've lived with dead pixels, stuck pixels, etc... but lines going across covering the entire screen is pretty bad. So i'm thinking about returning this and just getting a ccfl version. Is there any know problems for ccfl versions.

    thanks.

I have an LG panel, CCFL, and have no complaints whatsoever. Nice, crisp, vibrant image quality. It's also noticeably brighter than my previous HP DV2422CA.

No problems with my LG CCFL. I really thought about returning mine to get an LED and after reading alot of posts I decide to keep the CCFL. Even though many state the LED is a "must have" there are numerous posts about problems with the LED screen.

Interstingly enough I have the CMO LED and while I don't think it's great or anything, it seems fine. No dead/stuck pixels that I've noticed so far. No horizontal lines, grainyness perhaps slightly but no big deal. It's darn bright I will say that. THe main issue I'm having is just the glossy screen in general. I'm just not liking the reflections/glare form the glossy screens and the CCFL wouldn't fix that. The LED saves me battery power rtoo, and is thinner and lighter than the CCFL.
