    hello everyone.

i'm facing the "adapter connected, battery not charging" legend on my power management settings, my battery won't charge over 39%, and the battery diagnosis gives me 3 leds, which, as far as i have read, means that my battery still has over 80% health.

i have been going thru several forums and until now i started wondering if my charger would be faulty.

has anyone noticed how HOT the charger gets when powering the laptop? i have been trying to find another adapter so i can make some comparisons, but the one i found has a 65W output instead of the 90W output of mine.

i know this temperature issue is rather untangible, but i just had this question.

hopefully, someone might be able to enlighten me.

    thanx in advance!

    :)
