Anyone know howw to fix the 15z's cypress touchpad. My replacement unit and the ones before that all have had problems with the touchpad, it is erratic. Generally the usual movement of cursor position works ok, but the scrolling either does not work or when it does it is erratic. have tried the "new" drivers, turning on and off the multifinger and other optional functions, adjusted the sensitivity, nothing works.

help as I use the touchpad a lot.

I had this problem. It seems to disappear when I deleted all folders where you extract the drivers to.

    C--Dell--Drivers

    Restart your laptop after that.
