    Hi,

I have my laptop on my lap right now and my legs are getting really hot lol, temperatures look fine tho..

I was wondering if i could manually pump up the fan speed of the fans. So im basically looking for a program where i can temporarily do that with..

    thanks in advance,

I have to ask, are you gaming or browsing the web? I don't keep it on my leg but a custom laptop stand/desk and it never gets too hot doing simple tasks. If your gaming then yeah its going to get hot no matter what. further, when its on your leg make sure your not blocking the huge air intake in the back left corner (on the bottom) as you look at it while its in your lap. If it can't suck air in its not going to cool worth a darn. I have placed mind on a couch for 5 minutes and come back and the fan is on high and its pretty darn warm.

Might want to consider one of those lap trays that allows better ventilation underneath the unit.
