So I got a used Dell 355 for my D610. I put it in, but the bluetooth light would not light up. When installing the drivers, it would ask me to press Fn-F2, which only toggled the wireless light and not the bluetooth. So I googled a bit, and found this. Apparently you need the Radio On Tool to enable the bluetooth. I ran that and it started working!
