I was configuring a E1405 and the 30% off coupon does not work.

does it come up with the "code not valid" message, even though it's the correct coupon code? The dell website has been very weird in confirming codes for me, i've tried at one time, and they work, and i try the same one another time, and it rejects it. Just wait a while, and it'll work (that's what it did).

Heh, i JUST right now bought my notebook over the phone at dell and I told him to use the 30% off code, and it does work, but he said it has expired, not because of the june 29th date, but that 4,000 systems have already been bought with that code. But luckily he found a me pretty much the same notebook with $400 off
, so i just bought that

I think the dell guy was probably lying to you about the 4000 being used. i was configuring the other day,a nd the website became bad and sour. so for the last couple days, its been acting up, and not working properly. it first told me that NONE of the coupons wouldnt work for the e1505, which i know its dell's fault, not 4000 people used each one. then the next day, it tells me i have a coupon code error. also, i try to click the "log in to retrive coupon" button, and it glitched on me, and it doesnt let me access my coupon on that page.
i think our best bet is to wait for the 29th, when these expire, and new ones will come out. -
