No, I've had mine for a while; I was using my 50mm f1.8 lens. The depth of field with the lens is very narrow. I agree, it could be much wider, but eh. That and I was trying to avoid ISO400.

Yeah man, your DOF was way too narrow, except on the third one, which is neat.
With a Digital Rebel XT, I'm sure you'll be able to do better in the future -
