AUO B156HAN01.0 as a panel upgrade for Dell Precision M4600? Best IPS 6-bit panel?

I'm looking to upgrade a non-Dreamcolor Dell Precision M4600 to an IPS screen (6 bit).

Dreamcolor is not possible, so the only options I can see are (40 pin LVDS @ 15.6"):

AUO 156HAN01.0: I think that this must be similar to the 30 pin B156HAN01.2.

LG LP156WF4 (SL)(C1)

There are other LP156WF4. Reviews show this to have a good viewing angle, but narrow color gamut. The LP156WF4-SLC1 version seems to be top version (only LVDS one with 800:1 contrast).

Amongst the non-IPS screens, the AUO B156HW01 (v4 for matte, v7 for glossy, which some say seems to really pop out), seems to be the best.

Where can I find the AUO 156HAN01.0 panel? Everywhere seems to be sold out.
