    Just wondering if anyone's already ordered the new Vostro 1310 or 1510, or if you're going to at all?

    I for one am quite interested in the 1510 in particular. I'm thinking of getting one in the near future when my Inspiron 1300 eventually becomes totally obsolete.

    Ordered the 1510 3 days ago.

    Took the lowest specs , but with 1440x900 TrueLife screen and Win XP.

    Ya... Is it just me or has it become plastic aswell? and a 256 8400m GS >.< very sad day. Its also grey :confused: it looks 10 years old

    I was thinking about getting the Vostro 1310, but it seems I might as well go for the XPS M1330 for the price.

    I was initially excited about this but it soon went to "meh" after I read that the parts seemed cheap or whatever.

    I'll take my 1400 over the 1310.

    I have read that the new Vostro have much more flimsy plastic. They are supposed to be lighter but it comes at the cost of durability. This really turned me off.
